The Agency was initially, in 1998, a department within the Law Firm Teodoru & Associates - www.teodoru.com - but evolved as an independent entity. That is why our IP Agency beneficiates from the experience of Teodoru & Associates Law Firm that has one of its specializations in intellectual property issues - consultancy, contracts, court cases - including commercial and criminal cases, related to counterfeiting, unlawful competition, copyrights. This software allows our clients to be informed in any moment upon the stage of their portfolio and to efficiently communicate with their appointed IP attorney. Another advantages to work with are that our philosophy of work is based on honesty and efficiency and that we have a lot of experience in representing important clients in front of the National Office for Inventions and Trademarks, in front of Romanian Office for Copyrights, in negotiations and transactions as well as in front of courts and arbitration courts.
